My approach

Calmer homes start with us.

Becoming a mother is what pulled me into this work: mental health, personal growth and helping other parents with the hardest parts of modern parenting. I’m a certified parent coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting.

My coaching looks at the patterns and blind spots that keep us reacting the same way with our kids, and the tools that help us respond differently: how the mind and ego shape our reactions, listening that lands, and emotional stability for the whole family.

The Parenting Mastery Course

A 12-week program for parents and caregivers.

A group program I lead, for parents, caregivers, teachers and coaches who want to break old patterns and parent with more calm.
